Describe the problem to us as precisely as possible. Photos or videos, your model name and – if available – your order number or proof of purchase are helpful.
Please don't send in your watch without getting in touch with us first. Once we've reviewed your enquiry, we'll send you all further information about the repair process and how to send in your watch.
