How do I pack and send my watch in for repair?

So that your watch arrives safely at our watch service and can be processed correctly, please follow the instructions below.

Please send only the watch case

Before shipping, remove:

  • the interchangeable strap
  • additional clasps
  • accessories
  • the original packaging

Please really send only the watch case. The strap cannot be reliably returned with the watch during the repair process.

How to pack the watch securely

  1. Wrap the watch case in soft padding material.
  2. Place it in a sturdy, appropriately small box.
  3. Fill any empty spaces so the watch doesn't shift around in the parcel.
  4. Seal the box carefully.
  5. Attach the shipping label we provide so it's clearly visible.

Do I need to use the original packaging?

No. Please keep your original packaging at home.

Which shipping provider should I use?

Please use only the shipping label and shipping method you receive from our customer service.

For shipments with DHL Express, you can arrange a collection or use a suitable DHL Express drop-off point.

Important

Before shipping, be sure to fill in the repair form. Without a repair registration, your watch cannot be correctly matched to you.
