What kind of damage is excluded from the warranty?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage caused by use, external influences or wear and tear is generally excluded.
Typical examples include:
- Scratches on the case, glass or clasp
- Broken or damaged glass
- Damage caused by knocks or drops
- Water damage caused by improper use
- normal signs of use and wear and tear
- leather straps and other wearing parts
- batteries, where they fall outside the warranty terms
