The glass is broken
If the glass of your watch is broken, please stop wearing the watch.
Broken glass can allow moisture, dust or small glass splinters to get into the case and damage the movement. Please don't try to remove the glass yourself or repair the watch on your own.
Contact our customer service and, if possible, send us photos of the damage along with the model name of your watch.
We'll then check whether a glass replacement is possible and explain the next steps for registering your repair.
