Please do not send your watch to our Hamburg address without prior notice.
Our repairs are carried out by a specialised watch service. So that your watch can be correctly assigned, transported with insurance and processed without delay, the repair must be registered in advance.
How to proceed
- Contact our customer service.
- Describe the fault as precisely as possible.
- Send us your order number or another proof of purchase, a photo of the watch, your current address, phone number and email address
- We check whether it is likely to be a warranty case or a chargeable repair.
- You will receive a shipping label from us
- Pack the watch case securely and hand in the parcel at the specified shipping provider.
Why is registering the repair necessary?
Without a repair registration, our watch service cannot reliably assign your watch to an order. In the worst case, an unregistered watch will be sent back unprocessed.
Which order number should I provide?
You can give us the order number (e.g. #12345670; #E12345678), the job number (e.g. AU12345678901) or the invoice number (e.g. RE12345678901). Using this information, we can easily match it to the original purchase.
