When does the processing time begin?
Processing can begin as soon as:
- your watch has arrived at the watch service,
- the repair form has been fully completed and all required information has been provided
Can the repair be done faster?
Yes, most repairs are completed sooner. However, in the case of more complex damage or missing spare parts, processing may take longer.
How will I be informed once it's finished?
As soon as the repair is complete, your watch will be sent back to you. For repairs that involve a cost, you'll then receive the corresponding invoice. We'll keep you regularly updated throughout the whole process.
