The crown won't turn any more
If the crown won't turn any more, please first check whether your watch has a screw-down crown.
A screw-down crown must be carefully released by turning it anticlockwise before you can operate it. Only then can you use it to set the time or wind the watch.
Please don't use force if the crown is blocked or feels unusually stiff to move. This can damage the crown, the thread or the movement.
If the crown still won't turn even though you're operating it correctly, please contact our customer service. A technical inspection or repair may then be needed.
