The crown is loose
If the crown of your watch is loose, please try not to keep using it.
A loose crown can affect how the watch functions and, in the worst case, put the water resistance or the movement at risk.
Please don't try to press the crown back in, screw it down or repair it yourself. Contact our customer service team and let us know how long the crown has been loose and whether the watch was previously knocked or came into contact with water.
We'll then check whether a repair is needed and explain the next steps to you.
