Are small differences in finishing normal?
Small differences can occur with watches and straps.
This is due to manufacturing tolerances, different materials and, in some cases, natural properties – especially with leather. Surfaces, finishes or colour effects can also vary slightly depending on the light and viewing angle.
All STERNGLAS products go through quality control. During this, we check whether the finishing, function and appearance meet our requirements.
Slight material- or manufacturing-related differences are therefore not automatically a defect. However, if you suspect a significant deviation or a possible fault, feel free to contact our customer service.
