Can I have my glass replaced?
Replacing the watch glass is generally possible, but it depends on the model and the availability of a suitable replacement glass.
Please contact our customer service and, if possible, send us photos of the damage along with the model name of your watch. We'll then check whether a glass replacement is possible.
Glass damage is usually caused by external impact and is therefore generally not covered by the warranty. In this case, we'll let you know about any possible costs upfront.
