If a repair isn't technically possible or doesn't make sense, we'll let you know transparently about the next steps.
Depending on the case, various solutions may be possible:
- a replacement of the watch or individual components
- an alternative offer
- the return of your watch
- an individual clarification with our customer service
Which solution is possible depends on the model, the damage, the availability of spare parts and whether it's a warranty or repair case. We'll always agree on the next steps together with you.
