Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange individual components.
This means: for example, we can't exchange just the watch head or just the strap of an ordered watch. Our watches are always offered in the combination of watch head and strap as available online in the shop.
If you'd like to wear a different strap, you can order an additional, discounted second strap.
If the item doesn't suit you, you can check whether a regular return is possible, and then place a new order. If you have any questions, our customer service will be happy to help.
