Why does my watch's accuracy vary?
With mechanical watches, small differences in accuracy can occur. This is normal and is related to the design of the movement.
Accuracy can be influenced by various factors:
- the position in which the watch is placed
- temperature differences
- your wearing habits
- movement in everyday life
- the remaining power reserve
An automatic watch can therefore run a little more accurately on some days than on others. Small fluctuations are normal for mechanical movements.
If the deviation is very large or suddenly increases noticeably, feel free to contact our customer service. We'll then check whether a regulation or technical inspection makes sense.
