The chronograph doesn't reset
If the chronograph doesn't reset, please first check how you're operating it.
Usually, the timing function must be stopped before you can reset the chronograph with the lower pusher. Please don't restart the chronograph during a reset process.
Also check that the pushers move freely.
If the chronograph still doesn't reset despite correct operation, or if a hand doesn't return to zero, please contact our customer service. In that case, a technical check or repair may be necessary.
