Can I cancel an international order?
Cancellation is generally only possible as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an international order. We'll then check individually whether the order can still be stopped.
Since orders are processed quickly, we unfortunately can't guarantee a cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after receiving it in accordance with the applicable return conditions.
