My watch is losing time
If your watch is losing time, this can have different causes depending on the movement and how it's used.
With mechanical watches, small daily rate deviations are normal. A low power reserve can also affect how steadily the watch runs – especially if it's worn only occasionally or hasn't been fully wound.
External influences such as magnetic fields, temperature differences or knocks can also affect accuracy.
If your watch is only losing a little time, this usually isn't a cause for concern. If the deviation is significantly greater, occurs suddenly or doesn't improve with regular wear, please contact our customer service. In that case, a check-up or service may be worthwhile.
