Why doesn't my date change over properly?
With mechanical watches, the date doesn't always switch over exactly at 00:00. Depending on the movement, the date change can happen a little earlier or later.
If the date jumps at midday instead of at night, the watch is usually set 12 hours out. In this case, move the time forward until the date changes over. After that, you'll know the watch has reached midnight, and you can set the correct time.
Please don't use the quick date adjustment between around 9pm and 3am, as the movement is preparing the date change during this time.
If the date doesn't change over at all, only changes partially, or is unusually stiff to move despite being set correctly, please contact our customer service.
