Can I change my delivery address abroad?
Changing the delivery address is generally only possible as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you'd like to change the address. We'll then check whether an adjustment is still possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, we're usually no longer able to change the delivery address. In this case, you can check with the shipping provider whether an address change or delivery option is available via tracking.
