Our timepieces come with a two-year warranty.
If your watch develops a technical fault within this period, we're happy to check whether a free repair or, if necessary, a replacement is possible.
What information do we need?
Please send us:
- Your order number or another proof of purchase
- A brief description of the problem
- If possible, a photo or video of the fault
- Your current address and phone number
If you no longer have your invoice, we can often still find the order using the name or email address used for the original order.
What isn't automatically covered?
Not every fault is covered by the warranty. This can, for example, exclude:
- Damage caused by knocks or drops
- Improper use
- Water damage beyond the stated water resistance
- Normal signs of wear
- Wear parts and watch straps
Whether a free repair is possible is always assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What happens once the warranty has expired?
Even after the two years have passed, you can have your STERNGLAS watch checked and repaired through our repair service.
In this case, we'll let you know the expected costs in advance.
