Why does my watch feel a different weight?
The weight of a watch depends on several factors.
The most important factors are the material used, the case size, the movement and the strap. A watch with a stainless steel strap, for example, often feels heavier than a watch with a leather or nylon strap.
Automatic watches can also feel different due to the mechanical movement and the rotor, compared to quartz or solar watches.
Different weights between models are therefore normal and are not a sign of a difference in quality.
