Exchanging individual components is not possible.
This means we cannot exchange only the watch head or only the strap of an ordered watch. Our watches are always available in the combination shown in the online shop.
If you would like to wear a different strap, you can order an additional discounted strap.
If the item is not right for you, you can check whether a regular return is possible and place a new order.
