How do gift cards work?

If your gift card isn't working, there can be various reasons for this.

Please check first:

Is the gift card still valid?
Was the code entered correctly?
Does it contain any spaces or typing errors?
Has the gift card already been redeemed?
Do certain conditions apply to the gift card?

Make sure to enter the code exactly as you received it.

If the gift card still doesn't work, please contact our customer service and send us the gift card code as well as, if possible, a screenshot of the error message. We'll be happy to look into this for you.
